    Our goal is to create a vibrant and engaging community where creativity can thrive. To achieve this, we rely on a clear set of guidelines and a smart AI system that helps us maintain a balance between fun and safety. Here’s how we keep our platform a great place for everyone:


    Moderation Guidelines (Content We Do Not Allow)

    Our AI system proactively screens all submitted content to prevent harmful material from being posted in the first place. You must not create, upload, or share content that:

    • Promotes Violence and Harmful Behavior: We have a zero-tolerance policy for content that glorifies or promotes violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, or harm to people and animals. This includes graphic depictions of accidents, injuries, or death.
    • Contains Illegal Activities: Content showing or promoting illegal acts, such as drug use, theft, or vandalism, is strictly prohibited. This also includes intellectual property infringement, pirated material, and content that supports terrorism or organized crime. There are no exceptions to this rule.
    • Includes Hate Speech and Discrimination: We do not permit content that promotes hate, discrimination, or incites violence or harassment against individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. Slurs and derogatory language are not tolerated.
    • Engages in Harassment and Bullying: Harassment and bullying are never permitted. This includes insults, threats, doxxing (sharing private information without consent), or encouraging others to engage in harassing behavior. We take a firm stance against any and all forms of bullying.
    • Is Spam or a Scam: We do not allow fraudulent schemes, scams, or phishing attempts. Any repetitive, misleading, or irrelevant content intended to manipulate engagement or deceive users will be removed. There are no exceptions to this rule.

    The Importance of Context

    Our AI is designed to understand that context matters. It is trained to be liberal where it makes sense to allow for free expression, but to step in when a clear line is crossed. For example:

    • Creative and Educational Content: We understand that a documentary on a historical event or a medical video might contain graphic imagery. As long as it is presented in an educational or newsworthy context, with appropriate warnings, it will be permitted.
    • Artistic Expression: A joke using strong language or a piece of artistic expression is generally permitted, as long as the intent is not to harass or demean a specific person or group. We are mindful of cultural nuances and the overall tone of the content.

    Relevancy Guidelines

    To ensure every Circle remains a valuable and focused community, we use a Relevancy Check system. This system reviews your content and ensures it aligns with the Circle's theme before it can be posted.

    • Content Alignment: When you submit content, our system analyzes it to confirm it is relevant to the Circle's Title, Focus, and Category.
    • If the Check Fails: If your content does not align with the Circle's parameters, you will be notified and given the option to edit the Circle's details to find a better fit for your video. You cannot edit the video itself. This system ensures that all content on our platform is valuable and relevant to its community.
